If the roof was deemed to be in good shape, it's one less worry for the homeowner. If a new roof was needed, all we asked is to be allowed to do the work.

I use a convertible loaded with our proprietary software, plug in dimensions, and it generates a complete construction contract, while emailing our desired materials lists to our various suppliers and service providers, along with the desired delivery date.
