My responsibilities include overseeing all operational functions, including budgeting, event planning, and community service initiatives, resulting in 95% retention of membership and execution of over 90 events. Additionally, I collaborate with advisors and other executive officers to ensure a positive chapter environment. Assisted the Vice President of Finance by monitoring officer budget and payment plans, and fixing any challenges regarding member balances by offering personalized plans.
