  During my 3 years at my first job in Amsterdam, I learned how to work under pressure and I have been able to position myself as a semi-manager and practice this skill.Responsibilities: making coffee, being a hostess, administration and regulating store orders. During a hectic period with a sudden drop out of our store manager, I voluntarily took over the tasks of store manager.

  During my psychology studies, I was a member of the VSPA (association of psychology students in Amsterdam). I was active in several committees.Responsibilities: organising and supervising the ‘First Year Weekend’, organisation, coordination and promotion for the Music Committee and the Party Committee. Collaboration and good communication were essential in these activities.

Being creative and solution-oriented came in handy both in customer contact as in more pragmatic matters.

  During my internship, I have been involved with creating campagnes, and in particular devising communication and campaign strategies. Specific focus was put on researching (psychological) behavioural factors that are of influence on a variety of societal issues, such as combatting loneliness.Responsibilities: problem analysis, substantive (literature)research, writing columns/copywriting, bridging scientific findings and creative expressions.

  In order to gain more experience with patient contact and to learn about nutrition, I have been working as a nutritional assistant at the OLVG hospital. Responsibilities: facilitating nutrition for patients, patient contact, being a link between patients and nursing staff, working under (time)pressure. Empathetic ability, accuracy, adequate action and being able to enthusiast others are of importance in this position.

  With my team and as a project coordinator, I have been responsible for creating mathematical content and e-learning systems, targeted towards secondary education students, for a mayor Dutch publishing house (Noordhoff).Responsibilities: responsible for 50 authoring students, monitoring their work, organisation of the project, coordinating students (e.g. making schedules), maintaining good contact with stakeholders.

  Zoveel mogelijk mensen mentaal weerbaar maken, dat is waar we bij Therapieland naar streven. En ik draag daar mijn steentje aan bij als interventie ontwikkelaar! Ik ontwikkel e-health programma's van kop tot staart. Schrijven is het grootste onderdeel van mijn functie, maar daarnaast valt het doen van (literatuur)onderzoek, brainstormen met professionals en het inbouwen van het programma ook onder mijn werkzaamheden.
