  Responsible for Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost performance for Fuel, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Machine, High Pressure Cylinder, and Electrical Power Generation shops at American, employing over 140 great people. Working with the Pneumatic Component Shops, we implemented a stratified production process resulting in a 50% improvement to service levels and a 15% reduction in cost to serve, while improving morale.Previously responsible for Avionics Electrical Accessory, and American's Calibration Laboratories. After completing the redesign of the AA Supply Chain, in a developmental opportunity, I was asked to transform a distressed warehouse in distribution delivering a 20% improvement in bin accuracy. Program Manager of the redesign of the AA Supply Chain. Invited to join a strategic planning group tasked with improving the way American manages inventory. Developed effective instruments that optimized inventory availability and cost. (2000 - 2006)Previously responsible for initial provisioning, inventory, and budget management of repairable assets as a Materials Analyst. (1998-2000)
