Rohini was responsible for assisting the team in documenting planning, walkthroughs, and other one-off tasks as assigned. Rohini always has a willingness to learn new things and as this is her second year working with the team we have seen a lot of growth in both her documentation quality and her audit methodology knowledge. Rohini goes beyond just following prior year documentation and truly challenges whatever she is working on to improve it from the year before. She always does a first pass detail review at any evidence obtained from the client, and does a great job at asking the right questions and raising follow-ups in an organized way. This helps the onshore team raise follow-ups in an efficient matter. She is also always prepared to speak on any open items from her team and is very detail oriented in both her communication with the team and her documentation. All this has contributed to the team to making progress in our walkthrough phase of the audit. Show less

GDS User Recognition - Dec 2022 Rohini has performed extraordinarily while documenting the evidence. This was one of our most challenging clients. Rohini was able to handle all tasks with minimum supervision. She was able to directly communicate with the onsite team, take up any assigned tasks and deliver with highest quality.
