The majority of my career I supported mission critical operations such as 911 and the FAA within the operations footprint.

  Supported the national operation of this CPE team servicing Rolm and Northern PBX equipment, had responsibilities for the NOC, Customer Service , Rochester based field technicians and contractors used world wide in fullfillment of contract obligations.

  Have the opportunity to work with a team of proffesionals providing premier 911 service to the residents and guests of Steuben County NY. Our 1400 square mile County is located in the Finger Lakes wine region of New York State. Our office serves all of the police fire and ems agencies operating within our County, all law enforcement agencies are MDT equiped, both fire and ems agencies have the option. Our site serves the region by providing administrative services for the 8 County dark fiber network, the Southern Tier Network is utilized to connect PSAP's and radio sites across the region. We currently have construction underway to add 2 additional New York Counties as well as 2 in Pennsylvania. We are in negotiations to deploy a multi-county 911 call processing phone system which will leverage our fiber assets. Show less

  The Southern Tier Network is a 260 mile dark fiber open access network offering carrier class services to the 3 County region ( Steuben, Chemung and Schuyler) within NYS. This network will offer the region economic development opportunities and introduce new levels of technologies and services to the community.
