  I had an honour to manage the best Customer Service Team of Ukreximbank’s Main Branch during a huge transformation process. As a Corporate Customer Service Manager I was responsible for delivering great customer service and as a result creating best customer experience for the most demanding groups of bank’s corporate clients. My favourite part of the job was team coaching, finding the best possible solutions in incredibly difficult situations, and a possibility to be personally involved in a very ambitious transformation process. Show less As a Deputy Manager of a Customer Service Department I managed a team of corporate customer service representatives in Ukreximbank’s Main Branch and was responsible for organization and oversight of the operational service for diverse groups of corporate customers in such areas as: customer’s onboarding, transactions in various currencies, cash operations, and financial monitoring for international payments.
