      It involved preparing groundwork for launching a Voice Coaching team for one of the support teams by listening to scores of pre-recorded and live calls on the floor and taking down a detailed commentary on various aspects of the call including Voice Clarity, Fluency, Vocabulary and Grammar. Call attitude and overall comfort were among many other factors agents were noted on. Remedial measures included personal and collective feedback and training as and when required. A set of recommendations were made for pre-floor training and post-floor corrections. The role involved intensive floor support and training sessions to bring up the team's voice performance to the client's satisfaction. It included introducing the team to basic sounds of English, towards a pronunciation discipline regime upwards, and keeping the training elements focused on the immediate need. The outlook and projection of training, however, was putting self sustainable mechanisms in place to help the team carry on improving their voice performance along with their business commitments.A Training Needs Analysis was conducted to work out a rough skeleton of the training program. Calls were monitored on daily basis and a detailed feedback along with commentary was presented to the team. Training modules were tweaked as the nature of concerns started taking defined shapes.Conducted refresher training on Soft skills language and Voice & Accent.Developed and Designed modules to enhance candidates communication skills sets.Researched & Developed curriculum to match the training needs.Worked on audio and Visual aids to maximize the learning curve.Customized modules on English language as per the training need.Scheduled training programs post TNI and TNA.
