  The purpose of industrial training is to expose students to the real work of environment experience and at the same time, to gain the knowlegde through hands on observation and job execution.I have decided to undergo my industrial training at Lundu District Council, Sarawak., which I have been placed at Engineering Department. This unit was led by a Head of Department, Encik Daniel Deri Anak Enggu, JA38. During industrial training, my job was;• Be a responsible person in selling document tender to bidder by ensured all documentation and licenses of the contractor meets requirement based on the project.• Monitored and recorded the progress of work at the construction site (Pusat pemulihan OKU Lundu).• Participated in Occupational Permit Inspection at CENTEX Lundu by ensuring the completed building is built accordance with the building plan that has been approved.• Measure and make library building plan for apply allocation to upgrade the building.• Attend and make meeting minutes in site progress meeting together with consultant and contractor.Therefore, my final report during the industrial training was focused on Procedure and Process of Building Control based on project Centre of Training Excellence (CENTEX) Lundu Campus. Generally, The works procedure for building control is to ensure that every type of development project planned within the city council or District Council administration area is implemented in an orderly manner. There are 4 main types of work under building control such as the acceptance of building plans, the commencement of construction works, the production process of the Occupational Permit, and control over building renovations.
