  - Provides remote technical support on identified CIENA products (mainly focused on Ciena's Routing and Switching Platform (RSP) devices that run on SAOS 6.X, 8.X, and 10.X. - Acts as a Tier 4 support for Ciena’s customers mainly focused on Ciena’s RSP products. Primarily supports outage and service compromise cases, where shifting for a 24/7 on call support setup is done. - Reviews certain issues found in the field with senior engineers and assists communication with Design and Supply Chain Teams on problems found. - Utilizes debug tools as well as lab research to aid Customer information necessary to escalate the incident/issue to senior engineers. - Contributes in publishing of MOP documents, and as well as to Ciena's knowledgebase (KCS). - Utilizes Salesforce and JIRAs as platforms which help on addressing the work-related concerns on a systematic manner.
