  I am a tax partner in the Louisville office of PwC where I specialize in many areas of tax. Some of my areas of specialty include federal, state, and local tax compliance, tax planning and consulting, preparation of income tax provisions for financial accounting purposes, review and auditing of income tax provisions, and many other areas involving tax matters. I'm part of the Private Company Services group within PwC so I work almost exclusively with private companies, including family businesses, private equity portfolio companies, foreign inbound companies, and others.
