      As Technology Services Manager, responsible of the delivery of all IT Technology related services necessary to run the operations, and End User support according service levels, driving business productivity and collaboration thru the exploitation of new technologies, always based on a clear communication process to the clients.Also being responsible for compliance with the IT/Business process and standards, as well corporate audit, Information Privacy Policy, Incident, Problem and Change Management, Disaster Recovery Plans and IT BCP, etc.Define and deploy the technology strategy for the Coca-Cola Mexico Business Unit.Ensure proper execution on time and budget of different projects from all technological areas like Telecom, Processing, Workstation and End User services among others. With this accomplishment most of the local Wintel servers in Mexico were sunset, as well some business applications were migrate to their own Cloud solution, providing to all our KO users in Mexico with a reliable and stable infrastructureResponsible to migrate all the local Enterprise voice services to a Cloud Based Cisco voice solution provided by Verizon, getting maintenance savings as well as to provide broad mobility to our End Users.
