      The masters program covered all major aspects of a Human Resource role, providing a CIPD level 7 qualification upon graduation (June 2018). My 15,000 word dissertation was based in a Non-Profit Organisation with the goal of reviewing the current reward system, using interviews and examination of secondary documented data whilst completing a thorough literature review and recommending new policies and procedures. My 15,000 word dissertation was based in a Non-Profit Organisation with the goal of reviewing the current reward system, using interviews and examination of secondary documented data whilst completing a thorough literature review and recommending new policies and procedures. This time enabled experience in an organisation where the consequences of mistakes are high and the pressure for accuracy is large, and I enjoyed it. This masters, along with my undergraduate degree, provide assurance of excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and organisational skills, as I completed a part-time job alongside the completion of my masters dissertation.
