  Responsible for delivering great 2G and 3G network services for marketing/ sales by doing daily monitoring and supervising.1. Supervise achievement on HOSR, SDSR, TCH Drop, TBF establish UL/DL, TBF Completion on 2G and CSSR, CCSR, SHO, ISHO, IFHO, RRC Establish both CS/PS and HSDPA on 3G and SQI, MOS, Call setup time on drivetest KPI. Also identify performance degraded and address the problem to achieve targeted KPI value. 2. Dimensioning the network based some criteria to prepare special event (Moslem holy day, Christmas, New Year, special promo by sales, national/international event in Bali)3. Coordination with sales manager to review the service delivered is fit with sales/marketing requirement. And plan production capacities according to yearly sales projections4. Supervise KPI of new network integration, project roll out, reengineering program, optimization program to achieve targeted KPI.5. Doing optimization to achieve 2G KPI target. Such as, optimize LAC border, 2G/3G neighbor design and optimization, global frequency retune (BCCH, MAIO, HSN, SFH type), C/I and best server prediction using Planet, database audit and tuning, traffic sharing, identify hardware faulty/degraded related to performance degradation, packet data optimization by dimensioning PDCH on Air interface, Abis interface, Gb/NSEI rebalancing, PCU rebalancing. 6. Doing optimization to achieve 3G KPI target. Such as, pilot pollution clearance identify by drivetest, capacity dimensioning on CE/Power/Code/Iub transport/second carrier/RNC load/IuPS/IuCS to achieve accessibility KPI. Show less Main responsibility is to achieve targeted network availability both 2G and 3G. It is done by preventive and repressive action.1. Identify main contributor on low availability. Make daily availability statistic arrange by cause problem. It’s distinguished by power problem, transmission problem, hardware problem, other issue (community issue, spare pool issue, no access).2. Do preventive action to improve network availability by doing redundancy program on hardware(double core module on BTS), redundancy on transmission(ring loop configuration, 1+1 hot standby transmission), redundancy on power(upgrade battery backup, fixed power generator on concentrator node, portable power generator to cope power problem).3. Manage budget on department and make distribution each month/quarter to support all program on all sub-department. 4. Monitoring achievement budget absorption each quarter by making sure all programs have been conducted by all sub-department.5. Doing budget forecast for the coming year based on program and budget absorption.6. Support Quality Department to address hardware/transmission problem which is impact to performance.7. Deal with non technical issue impact on network availability such as community issue, maintenance contract, government policies. Analyzing and make preventive action to minimize network outage (replace H/W, request modifying parameter, upgrade H/W, transmission reroute, ring loop configuration, dual abis).6. Integration and reconfigure (both local and OSS) of BTS, Node B. Re-parenting BTS to other BSC or re-parenting BSC to other MSC both physical activity and database parameter configuration. Show less
