In this process I will run one of our healthcare information technology application that will give me all the physician names that have deficiencies missing and which deficiencies that was missing along with the age of each document. Another application is run to generate a letter that I will mail out to the physician informing them of their missing deficiencies and letting them know that they have two weeks to get the matter taking care of, or they will be put on a suspension list. On that Monday of the second week I will put in a curtsy call to the physician office to let them know that the information has not been completed and that suspension will be taking place at the end of the week.
