  I worked under the supervision of the Career Agent. I assisted with office related duties. My duties included filing, organizing, data entry, and program recruiting. I worked closely with the unemployed population. I would keep records of clients that visited my supervisor. I would also help recruit members to join the WIA program. My supervisor’s would then allow me to assist while she coached and mentored clients that were unemployed and dislocated workers. I was required to inform clients about different programs, provided follow up calls, or reminded them about their appointments for career coaching and mentoring.
