  I am currently working at a junior level, as shop floor personnel officer, and am looking after Maintenance and Service areas. Along with this responsibility, I am also looking at Co Ordination function, which involves communication of company’s strategy at various levels, preparation and distribution of various MIS reports and provide all administrative support to employees of my department. Prior to this assignment, (27.09.2016), I was the shop floor personnel officer for Coke Ovens and Coal Chemicals Department. I am responsible for providing daily HR support to more than 600 employees on relevant matters in their career from hire to retire, Grievance Redressal, Performance Management, Enabling continuous production by naintaining conducive IR Environment through proactive approach like regular interaction with union addressing issues related to safety, deployment of manpower or production targets etc. I got appreciation from the top management for my involvement in planning and planning and successfully organizing the Trade Union Election 2015, which involved almost 9000 voters.I got appreciated at shop level for my involvement in organizing ‘Safety month in Coke Ovens’.
