  As a New Student and Family Programs Orientation Leader at the University of Illinois Chicago, I assisted in the transition of new undergraduate students to the university and student life. This included leading both first-year and transfer undergraduate student groups, which ranged from 20-25 students per session to their respective college presentations, campus tours as well as assisting in course registration for the upcoming fall semesters (2022 and 2023). I also aided in any student life questions and transitions, provide information and redirect students to appropriate university departments and collaborated with offices to get student holds removed.Alongside working with students, I also led family and guest groups through the Orientation program, which had similar tasks as those with students.
