  BMW Master Technician

  As a Master Technician Team Lead I was responsible for independently performing diagnostic work, repair work, maintenance repairs, and performing detailed inspections on all BMW models following BMW Group repair procedures and quality standards within the prescribed flat rate times. In this position I performed quality inspections and functional testing on each vehicle repaired, to ensure problems have been corrected, and the repair is to BMW Group Quality Standards. I was also responsible for keeping time records of repair/warranty work and updating all pertinent warranty, repair, and campaign documentation. In every job performed, I made sure to use Technical Information Systems, parts lookup via ETK, AIR flat rate system, and BMW Group special tools.
