  • Anchored the designing of all the creative products for the organization.• Supported the social media outreach of the campaigns like Samjho Toh – designed to rehabilitate the idea of respecting the “other”. It was a journey of accepting and respecting all the different kinds of identities around us. I designed the logo and all the other visuals for the campaign. • For Samjho Toh Campaign, I made wall paintings at three different locations across the country, again promoting the idea of unity and oneness in spite of the differences in our identities. • Conceptualizing designs around the philosophy that the Collective practices; the idea of 5th Space - it is a space where young people develop a psycho-social worldview, which answers the question “Who are we?”(we as in humans – a social species) as opposed to “Who am I?” This view allows young people to understand and define their connection to the world as it is. The collaterals included both illustration based works ( ComMutiny: Sparking an Inside-out Youth Leadership Revolution) to more information- based graphics like call-out posters, infographics, social media posts, event banner designs, marketing material design.   In my current role at KaHO Labs, I play an integral part in the ideation and creation of the product for the company. KaHO – An AI-based Skill Discovery Platform, has been one of the major projects I have been recently working on at KaHO. The journey at KaHO has been enriching in terms of all the new technologies I have learnt in the process of creation UI/UX Design of the app. Apart from the designing, I have been actively involved in teacher and student training Workshops in partnership with Microsoft Corporation (India) for some of the most prestigious schools like Welham Boy’s School (Dehradun) and Aga Khan Academy (Hyderabad).In addition to the above mentioned, my key responsibilities include:• Plan and execute communication material (Presentations, Banners, Social Media Posts, Ads, Posters, etc.) for the organization to increase the visibility and to get across the unique ideas that the tool withholds.• Provide support to the CEO in ideation, research and execution of the myriad aspects of the platform being designed.• Research on college and school students' behavioural patterns to target the lot with the most effective strategies visually and with the features of the platform. • Support the rest of the team with the communication material required for the workshops; customizing the content according to the type of audience it is being delivered to.• For the Microsoft Corporation project, I became a Microsoft Innovative Educator(MIE) Trainer; adept at OneNote, Sway, PowerPoint.• As an MIE, I indulged in designing innovative content for the teachers as well as students to make them understand the ways in which the new technology can be incorporated with the traditional forms of teaching using the 21st Century Learning Design.
