  Providing on-site customer support, I gained experience with phone, remote and desk side support for hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity issues. Hardware support included installation, configuration and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops w/ docking stations, monitors, hand-held devices, and video teleconferencing equipment. Software support included installation, configuration and troubleshooting with Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0, 2000, XP operating systems; Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook versions 97, 2000, and 2003. Using Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS), I would update workstations and servers to include anti-virus updates, Microsoft security updates, service packs and software installations.
