Mitigate the conflicts and drive towards the common objective.My strategic responsibilities include seeking and evaluating IT solutions for improving operations at Shopfronts, Customer self-service, eCommerce and Marketing, and continuous optimisation exercises to reduce operational costs, customer satisfaction KPIs, and enable services not possible under the current stack.I am responsible for Project Delivery, which includes overseeing up to 5-7 simultaneous project deliveries, ensuring optimal solution as per requirements, and liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements and mediate conflicts in a professional manner.
