Their mission is to raise awareness, educate the community and motivate behaviour change with regards to food sustainability. Food plays such a central role in our daily lives, it was incredible opportunity to learn more about this industry.   I was part of a small research team that works alongside volunteers to investigate the impact of anthropogenic activities on the resident population of whales and dolphins in Tenerife.
