  Deep experience for the aircraft EIS process, successfully leading several E-Jets and ERJ projects, and most recently responsible for the E-Jets E2 EIS in China.Responsible for the Services Sales process, identifying opportunities to develop services and negotiating modification, allowing the operational enhancement balanced to Embraer Services Portfolio, assuring the high level of support for Embraer Customers and able to achieve the top services sales performance scores since its development in 2013.Responsible for the Aircraft Repair & Recovery process for airlines involved in accidents, aiming for the aircraft return into operation in a short lead time and in a quality manner, successfully executed in 2 E-Jet operators. Experienced in different business culture environments such as Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Performed a 3 months Internship in France’s Office (2008) in order to support intense EIS campaign in the region at that time besides enhancement of EIS process development.As a Customer Account Manager at the Commercial Aviation, I've played the hole of key point of contact between Airline Companies and Embraer in the aftermarket.
