  Used Equipment Manager

  Oversight and management of all used equipment assets within our 27 store dealership complex. This includes management of a Sales call center, Appraisal team, Wholesale department, and Remarketing department. I am responsible for the people, training, and overall performance of each of these departments. I create, analyze, and forecast used equipment trends using multiple data sources to help reach company business goals. I am also involved in collaborating with our Sales Management, Marketing, and E-Commerce Departments, in the creation and promotion of equipment via multiple platforms. Show less
