      As an administrative assistant I attended staff meetings to explain and interpret administrative policies and procedures, to discuss significant operating issues, and to provide input on program planning and management decisions. I was also responsible for filing, coping and faxing over 20-30 inbound and outbound shipments per day. Other duties consist of tracking and entering payroll, answering phones, greeting visitors, taking messages, making appointments, assisting with complaints and inquiries, referring questions to appropriate personnel.Once to twice a week I coordinated schedules and maintained calendars for management. Daily I analyzed and evaluated information and generated reports. Maintained database and records, schedule trainings, meetings, and appointments, provided the full range of administrative services in response to the specific needs of the organization. Meet on a regular basis with team leaders, supervisors and managers to provide advice and assistance, resolve practical problems, and identify ways to expand, enhance, and improve the administrative services. Developed and applied methods and procedures designed to provide administrative services to the serviced organization in the most effective manner possible. I prepared drafts correspondence in form of letters, memorandum and emails.       Program Analyst

      Perform a full range of administrative and analytical processes daily. I successfully provide guidance in the following areas personnel, travel, records management and procurement for the National Center on Birth Defect and Developmental Disabilities. As a Management/Program Analyst, I assist with process improvements, develop SOP’s and follow up on improvements with management to ensure changes are met and sustained. In this position, it is required that I review, analyze, and create detailed documentation of business system for our customers that includes specific steps. Review and evaluate obligations and expenditures for the blackberry program. Processing service requests, upgrades, replacements, and service transfer via ISYS as the POC. This responsibility requires that I analyze the Vendors charges each month and reconcile, investigate and identify deficiencies. As Property Accountability Officer I am accountable for all property within the center and ensure PMIS records are current and accurate at all times; initiate or process documents affecting equipment, and ensure all movement of property from custodial accounts are documented properly. Continuously review records to be sure that property is maintained properly, protected, and used only for official purposes, identify and report any underutilized or unneeded property, confirm all exit clearance procedures for all assigned property are followed prior to an end users’ departure, be sure acknowledgements and transfers are fully supported and entered in PMIS promptly, and attend regularly scheduled property training sessions. Prepare progress reports for Ethics and Telework using ePATS and TMS, and communicate the status to management and throughout the Center.
