      Coordinated the implementation of a 3-year, worth 550,000 Euros for promoting access to markets for 20 Partner Organization (POs) in Uganda. Through this project, I provided Technical Assistance and supported capacity development of 20 Partner Organizations to undertake value chain analysis, market appraisals and linkage of producer organizations to markets for their produce. Coordinated a review of strategic plans and facilitate organization development of Partner Organizations; Conduct training and capacity building of Partner Organizations; conduct mid term and terminal review of the project. Coordinated the implementation of various program activities; monitor and evaluate program implementation and provided management and donor monthly and yearly reports. Coordinated an end of project evaluation for the first phase of the Access to Market Capacity Building project.Coordinated a team of consultants that wrote a proposal for phase 2 of the Access to Market Capacity Building project.
