My role in the company was to ensure that the Primary Distribution Centre met all production, OH&S, quality, and environmental KPI's as set down by company guidelines and industry standards. Outstanding achievements whilst in the role included company record consecutive days without injury on site. This was a result of implementation of improved work practices, targeted safety campaigns, documented work procedures, and auditing system. Work production levels were improved with maintained high quality control. Quality complaint levels were consistently amongst the lowest in the company during my tenure. The site also implemented the first Environmental Management System across the company.
