  Spent the summer and fall of 2020 shaping and scaling up a large scale Covid-19 clinical diagnostic test workflow from a few dozen tests per day to 150,000 tests per day. Worked alongside Automation, R&D, Analytics, EHS, Facilities, and Ops teams to design the process, plan for changes, and train new employees. Lead the execution and implementation of several large process changes and improvements as the need for increased scale arose. Wrote and maintained multiple end-to-end process SOPs. Tested and validated different pieces of automated equipment and labwares to combat supply chain shortages and ensure that the process never needed to halt due to a lack of materials. Also supervised one of four rotating shifts, which included directly supervising ~60 technicians. Show less
