      College Works was one of the best experiences I had to build my professional portfolio. During my time with this company I learned the principles surrounding marketing, sales, recruiting, and management on both a financial and human capital level. As an internship this was the best experience I had during college preparing me for the real world. I was able to move up through the company into a leadership role mentoring non-seasoned (college students) managers and grooming them into successful business owners.This was hands on "real life" experience in which all aspects of business I learned through the experience have transitioned into my professional career in every industry I have been a part of since.
