  I have Competed 1 Month internship programme.In this company I worked as a In-plant Trainee.I Made a project on “To Identify the Sources and Process of Training Need Analysis (TNA) in Sanjeev Auto Parts Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. Aurangabad”.Sanjeev Auto Parts Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. used five step systematic process i.e. (Identify the Training Needs, Plan Training as per Training Needs Identification, Impart Training, Feedback & Evaluation and Effectiveness Monitoring).Attained two training program i.e. Height Safety training and gauge, machine information training. In that I learnt how Can we Impart training.Observed all plants every day with safety and observed each employee are they follow the Safety while doing work or while doing work on machine. Like safety shoes, goggles, earbuds, hand gloves etc.Also I Gained some knowledge about compliances. How can we filled some legal format.Distrubates PITCH Idea form in all employees and take from them after filling and then Filled that day to day PITCH Ideas in MS-Excel and make format. Show less
