   To manage, monitor and drive a team of subcontractors to achieve deadlines by setting up and maintaining the full supply chain. Basically the procurement, receipt, quality, delivery, storage and tracking of all Electrical materials and tooling, for all of Hull and the surrounding areas. Inspection of subcontractors electrical work on Domestic and Commercial buildings in accordance with BS 7671 To integrate the team and requirement dates using Microsoft Projects to plan and monitor the Employees and Supply Chain and drive delivery dates to achieve programme. Managing people and working as part of a multifunctional, multi-site management team to ensure the deliverables and cost targets are met Via the project management of the Hull council rewiring package potentially worth over 10 million pounds ensures first hand experience of not only managing customers, suppliers and quality, but of LCM, customer / supplier interface, integration / facilitation, CAM, measurement and control, resource management, management of opportunity and risk, and an awareness of EVM.  Create weekly rewire programmes for clients and electronic drawings for individual properties which show electrical accessories points for electronic storage. Ensuring information exchange, and explanations, providing advice, discussing ideas and presentations both informal and formal. Supervise the efficient and effective utilisation of all trade operatives, materials, equipment, plant and transport within the section, to ensure that all contractual / statutory obligations and cost parameters are achieved. Approve, sign and/or countersign all material requisitions, bonus sheets, timesheets and other approved documentation e.g. NICEIC certification to ensure compliance with financial and audit requirements, standing orders and other relevant statutory requirements.
