      • Owned operational support for SharePoint 2010, Enterprise Search, Marimba and McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator platforms for the European region as regional subject matter expert, supporting 12,000 users regionally and 50,000 globally. Managed escalations, outages, and all major pipelined changes, worked extensively with Engineering, Product Management, Database, Storage and Windows Server teams. Resolved numerous escalated Incidents (including Major Outages), Problems, and Requests for Change. Collaborated with global peers as well as the outsourced L2 team to ensure processes and procedures were aligned.• Reduced platform TCO by $150,000 per annum by consolidating legacy SharePoint farm servers from a mixture of virtual and physical to physical web front end servers only (which also improved performance and capacity), as well as storage reduction and migration from Tier 1 SAN to Tier 3 NAS using 3rd party vendor application DocAve (this enabled compression and automatic data archiving). This was managed as 2 separate BAU projects.• Drove vendor health check for SharePoint 2010 for the European regional platform, highlighted any existing issues or risk areas, prioritised findings and ensured that all high priority items were resolved or mitigated.• Built a stand-alone Enterprise Search instance for the Legal Document Search project, worked closely with Engineering and the Project team. Once productionised, handed over to BAU support team.• Migrated all EMEA SharePoint data owned by the Prime Fund Services business which was sold by Credit Suisse to BNP Paribas ($150 billion assets under administration).• Seconded to Poland to train replacement, handed over daily / weekly / monthly tasks, created and ran through outage and escalation scenario playbook, and handed over existing items.
