  I have been responsible for establishing and refining the product backlog, facilitating engagement sessions with business stakeholders, writing user stories with targeted acceptance criteria, assisted in improving the maturity of Scrum teams, contributed to persona and case lifecycle design and have written recommendations that have strongly influenced the direction of product design. Responsible for writing test scripts, test requirements and test cases in accordance with functional specifications provided by Business Analysts as well as completing manual test cases and documenting my findings. Built intermediary solutions from the ground up. This included creating reports and workflows using Excel, Power Query and Power BI. Lead a migration to SharePoint and Microsoft Lists for project tracking. Reviewed and assessed appeals for fines issued by various government agencies. This involved reviewing the documentation and evidence provided by the appellant and determining the validity of their appeal. I also had to make sure that the appeals were processed in accordance with the relevant legislation and regulations.
