      Front End Coordinator

While employed at Wegmans, I worked in a variety of roles on the front end. Most recently, I was part of the management team that oversaw the front end operations of the store. I was responsible for directing customer traffic, assisting other employees in solving problems, and running the scheduling system to ensure there was adequate front end coverage. I was also responsible for completing employee performance observations, providing each employee with constructive feedback, and filing the data into the company’s computer system. Within my last few months with Wegmans, I became responsible for overseeing LaneHawk audits, which monitored any employee errors leading to unscanned products leaving the store. I was in charge of keeping up-to-date with the audits, organizing them based on employee records, and providing employees with feedback on how to better avoid receiving audits in the future.
