Duties included Mall coverage for a Shopping Centre containing over 60 retail outlets and a large capacity multi -storey car park.Main function was to oversee the duties and function of a small but compact team of officers and controllers on a 24/7 site with attention to Mall coverage,Additional duties included diester patrols,fire alarm testing for compliance as well as scheduled cash collections from the multiple POF machines. Main responsibilities were to provide Customer Service Support and safety to the general public, employees and tenants in a busy and challenging environment and to enforce the rules and regulations as required by the Centre Management Team.I also had to attend weekly Centre Management meetings as well as an update meeting with the Client to discuss action points and developments on site.
