As an MOI Coordinator, I spearheaded the assignment production of the Lake Success NY office, implementing streamlined processes and triaging supplement procedures as well as working with third-party vendors during catastrophes. Additionally, I helped to successfully introduce a new Total Loss process called Rapid Total Loss for OTL vehicles, utilizing data and analytics to optimize the Methods of Inspections. After two years, I was further promoted to a fresh role within the Home Office Quality Assurance team as a Damage Evaluator (Re-inspector). In this capacity, I conducted thorough file reviews of DRP shops and Appraisers, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
