My major activities are as follows:• Responsible for successful development of In-Store Pickup, Ship from Store and Ship to Store products.• Coordination between the various groups – Webstore, OMS, WMS, Datawarehouse, ePiphany, Vendornet.• Development was done by a combination of GSI developers and Thoughtworks, an offshore vendor. The onsite offshore combination made it more challenging.• Scrum methodology was followed. Pair programming was employed.• Tracking the progress of multiple groups was a major challenge.
