This included representing the business on course, supporting the Key Accounts team, creating and managing large volatile markets and writing tipping articles for the websites. As a team leader I was responsible for overseeing and training a number staff as well as creating daily work schedules. I was also required to produce reports and analyse figures relating to revenue in order to justify markets.
