  • Very excited to have been a key player in helping Nars recover over $7.4 million in total subrogation recoveries in 2017 which represents a 71% percent increase compared to the previous year recovery numbers. • Contact insured’s, claimants and third-party carriers to secure the necessary information for successful subrogation recovery. • Aggressively pursue subrogation against third-party carriers and uninsured at fault parties while keeping a current diary to maximize recovery potential. • Manage a caseload of approximately 550 claims that include all levels of complexity. • Review and evaluate accident reports, statements and payments paid out for successful recovery. • Review collection files to determine next steps in the collection process. • Recommend settlement offers and negotiate payment arrangements. • File arbitration and submit written contentions on disputed liability claims. • Manage subrogation laws of all states to avoid missed statues. Make decisions regarding coverage, liability, physical and property damage and claim settlements. Address recovery potential in claims for subrogation and/or salvage recovery. Recognize and investigate suspicious claims and assist in special investigations concerning these claims.
