Ensured engineer operations planning synchronized within overall plans. Executive Officer and operations officer for a Battalion with as many as 9 subordinate companies and approximately 900 Soldiers. Trained as part of a combined arms brigade. Deployed and redeployment the unit to Germany, Poland and supported training missions with eastern European countries. CJ5 Chief of plans for 1st Cavalry Division TAAC-S in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Led a multinational joint plans cell with US, Romanian, Bulgarian military personnel and US contractors. Conducted long range planning and assessments for Southern Afghanistan.
