  Presently, I am doing diagnosis of Manpower, OEE and Inventory in SGSS Plant at JSAW Samaghogha, Mundra, Gujarat. I have worked on Changeover time reducing project using SMED concepts so as to achieve financial benefit of 7.8 Cr/ Annum for the organization. I also worked on reducing breakdown of the machines using TOC concept ,Why Why analysis tool , TPM technique and 3T SOPs implementation to reduce breakdown of the machines. I have worked on line balancing project in Jindal Steel . I have worked on Supply Chain project 'OBD to dispatch lead time reduction' from baseline 33 hrs. to 15 hrs. in Jindal Stainless Steel by process improvement. I had worked on Overall Equipment Effectiveness improvement project at Jindal SAW, Samaghogha, Kutch district, Gujarat. I had worked to increase the OEE of SAW in SPIRAL 2 Plant and so achieved an incredible increase in OEE of 17℅ from 49℅ to 66℅ using TPM technique resulting financial benefit of 1.2 crore annually. I have worked on manpower optimization project in Jindal Saw, Nashik plant resulting in financial benefit of 64 Lacs.
