      1. Research - Fully responsible for designing research proposals within the thematic frameworks agreed at national and regional levels. Coordinating and conducting qualitative and quantitative research in collaboration with research team members. Overall responsibility for the process of data collection, analysis, report writing and publication. 2. Monitoring and evaluation – Developing WLSA projects M & E frameworks. Conducting on-going monitoring of WLSA programs. Conducting end of project evaluation, recruiting external evaluators. One of the evaluations done is; an end of term evaluation for Women’s Participation and representation in political and decision making structures project.3. Advocacy – Developing draft policy papers for presentation to law and policy makers in consultation with the legal department. Writing articles for print media and developing Framework for WLSA Zimbabwe Website. 4. Project management - I have successfully managed implementation of gender, women’s rights, HIV and AIDS projects funded by UNDP, UN Women, European Union, SIDA, OSI and OSISA by ensuring adherence to donor guidelines and requirements. Producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports for donors, Board members and other implementing partners.5. Resource mobilization - Developed successful project proposals which received funding from EU, UN Women, UNDP, OSISA and OSI.6. Development of information, education and campaign (IEC) materials & training 7. Workshop facilitation – I have vast experience in facilitating workshops and meetings at different levels: grassroots, national, regional and international.8.
