Job DescriptionProduct Development After receiving inquiry from Customer through head office my job is to Coordinate and Communicate with Various Department in plant (Weaving, Dyeing, Finishing, Quality, Stitching and Packing) about Sample Development.I am responsible for Providing Sampling Plans to Weaving Department about actual quantity, pattern, Fabric Construction as per Customer requirement.Lab Dips Approval: matching of Lab dips with Customer Provided Standard or pantone Number to get approval from customer before running sample.Sending Dyeing Plans: Issuing Dyeing Plans according to dyeing Class (reactive or vat dyed) includes Detail about Colour of Sample, And Other Critical information.Quality inspection: Checking of Final Product with Customer provided Standard it Includes Appearance of towel, Shade matching, Hand Feel, Shrinkage, Bowing, crease marksProduct Testing: Conducting Internal Testing of Product and Sending product to External Sources (intertek , SGS) Shipping : Generate the sample shipping invoices documents. Dispatching Samples, Pre production Samples and Top of Production Samples According To VSS.Sampling Database: Working On Microsoft Excel keeping all information of Product Range For our on Future Record and to Share with New Customers.Email Communication with Head Office regarding Shipping of SamplesForwarding all invoices to export departmentMaintaining the office record & sampling RoomMeeting with Interested Customers on Plant and presenting them our Product range.
