  As a PhD candidate, I am responsible for leading various research projects within the medical postgraduate programs, successfully securing grants totaling more than €75,000. Together with my team, I am dedicated to translating acquired insights into valuable practical innovations.My doctoral research focuses on two topics:1) Intraprofessional workplace learning among physicians (in training) from different specialties: scoping review, interview study, and ethnographic research.Impact: The project has led to a follow-up doctoral research where participatory action research is applied to implement practical innovations. I actively contribute as a member of the doctoral team.2) Learning value of selection assessments measuring personality, competencies, and motivations: interview study with applicants and qualitative research on intervention coaching of residents using assessments.Impact: The project resulted in the pilot coaching of residents with assessments.I am an clinical educator for undergraduate medical students. I played an active role in the renewal of the master's curriculum for the pediatrics and senior clerkships and initiated various educational innovations.
