  🌐 Leveraging my previous experience I helped setting up & configuring JIRA, to increase agility & transparency between Product & Engineering.This experience enhanced my understanding of how such tools facilitate collaboration & efficiency within cross-functional teams.🔍 Analyzing the Voice of the Customer: A pivotal aspect of my internship involved analyzing the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to define the product direction. I contributed to the development of actionable insights by applying Design Thinking principles that informed product decisions through collecting and synthesizing customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and data analysis.We collected around 500 data points across🌟Customer interviews🌟Customer Satisfaction Surveys🌟Internal Product requests🌟Service tickets from Customers🌟Product Deployment & Installation surveys🔄 Collaborating closely with the marketing team was a significant aspect of my role. I actively participated in the creation and maintenance of release documentation. This involved synthesizing technical information into user-friendly content, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy, and coordinating efforts with various teams to meet release deadlines. This experience not only honed Product Ownership skills but also deepened my appreciation for the symbiotic relationship between technical and marketing teams in the product development lifecycle.
