      Data Analyst

As a data analyst, I support the procurement team in monitoring and identifying material cost savings through strategic sourcing techniques in supplier processes. Summarily, I• Create process documentation to ensure consistency in practice amongst procurement teams. For example, I created the supplier checklist for verification of personal protective equipment (PPE) for COVID-19. This ensures PPEs meet basic requirement and standards for use in the Trust.• Create Ad-hoc reporting analysis from NHS supply chain catalogues and Comparison sites.• Carryout web scrapping in websites for price comparison, cost avoidance and cost-saving using Python Scrapy. • Support the Requisition team in sourcing for PPEs due to the high demand in procurement from the NHS supply chain. I designed, modeled, and built a backend database system that supports MSSQL, and PostgreSQL databases.I built an API that supports nested serialization with search and filter capabilities using the Django rest framework. To interact with this API, I used VueJS framework and built forms that support CRUD processes and PDF downloadable files for invoice creation and generation. I hosted this application on AWS where I utilized open-source tools such as Gunicorn, Jenkins, Nginx, and Linux Ubuntu system. In my current role at GOSH, I built an ETL pipeline that transforms PDF genomic report data into FHIR. I have implemented GraphQL to query FHIR API. I have performed CRUD interactions on AWS FHIR HealthLake, explored the NLP capabilities of AWS HealthLake, created the HealthLake data store, transformed data using Glue, prepared a critical table using Anthena, and performed certain insights in AWS QuickSight.I built an ETL Pipeline that extracts data from a RedCap API, transforms the data to FHIR using FHIR Schema, and loads the transformed data to an Azure API for FHIR.I have also built an ETL Pipeline that extracts and transforms clinical data from a DataWarehouse, links it to an NLP Pipeline using the MRN value, and then loads the combined data to Azure FHIR API.I have built an ETL Python pipeline that extracts and transforms OMOP data to an Azure FHIR API using the FHIR Schema design from OHDSI.I have extracted data from FHIR API, transformed it into Dataframes, and passed the data to a pycaret Python framework to train, save, and further created a FastAPI application to utilize the saved model. I built a prediction Engine that sends the predicted data to the FHIR API.I am currently using an automated streaming ETL Engine I created in Databricks Python Notebook that utilizes Autor Loader from Databricks to move data files (JSON, CSV, TSQL DB data) from AWS S3 to Databricks Delta Live Tables and other storage systems - CosmosDB containers.
