Selected to train with Navy in T-34C aircraft at Whiting Field, FL prior to advancing to T-38C at Vance AFB.       Responsible for briefing, leading, and debriefing multi-ship F-15E sorties in both combat and peace time training. 1012 Hrs Total 486 Combat Hours Supervised daily operations of squadron training and scheduling, tracked 75 aircrew-training requirements and developed daily schedule to meet aircrew upgrade training and higher headquarters mission requirements. Combat ready 2-ship flight lead qualified to execute Presidential directed interdiction, nuclear and air superiority missions. Led 5 person shop to develop and coordinate $96M/4,300 hr flying hour program. Required coordination with international agencies to ensure mission requires were met. Received instruction, and demonstrated capability, in execution of F-15E Strike Eagle tactics, techniques and procedures. Graduated #1 of 8 US pilots in the class. Introduction to basic fighter mission sets for multi-role aircraft to include basic fighter maneuvers and surface attack.
