  Responsible for the IT Service Desk transition project where key deliverables such as Remedy ITSM tool, mobile app, social media platform and technology clinics were implemented. As part of the Service Desk workstream, I successfully managed the migration of the switchboard service. Managed the Broadcast Services project where the BBC insourced the Distribution, Contribution and Network Routing teams. I created and updated documentation such as the project plan, PID and ensured that all activities on the Service Acceptance checklist were completed before go-live. Worked on the Connectivity re-procurement project where the BBC went to market to tender for a new state of the art network. Responsibilities included facilitating workshops, ensuring project governance was adhered to, updating project documentation and management of the RAID log. Effectively managed all operational activities of the WorkPlace application which involved working with stakeholders at all levels to optimize the system through various enhancements as well as providing support for the user community and management reporting.
