She is a strong people person, truly caring about others in the team, always thinking from people’s perspective and trying to accommodate everyone's wishes according to their personality. She was one of the 2 associates taking over the most complex process from the client and bringing other 7 associates up the learning curve so that team runs stable operations. She is also one of the associates who drives the competence improvements, making sure that we clear the differences between competence levels we have in the team.
